Is there any problem with aligning 16-bit and 32-bit Chemstation files or Chemstation with EZ-chrom?

There is no problem aligning type 8 ChemStation files to a type 81 target, but the converse has a problem. Thanks for asking.

The problem has been fixed and will appear in the next release.

In the course of pursuing this bug, we have learned that the aligned profiles display improperly in ChemStation although they look fine in Pirouette. We are working on a fix. Stay tuned.

For the other permutation, it is not currently possible to align ChemStation files to an EZChrom (actually CDF) target, nor the converse.
